Yes to Jesus Campaign
Vanuatu is a land of stunning beaches, lush rainforests….and beautiful people who need Jesus! In August, 2025, Pastor Doug Batchelor and the Amazing Facts Oceania team are running a large-scale evangelistic campaign called Yes to Jesus that will touch lives and transform communities in Vanuatu. If you have skills in preaching and teaching or are a Doctor, Dentist, Nurse, or Health Practitioner, we need YOU to come and help us!
Part 1 August 1-14
The campaign begins with an outreach to 200 largely unreached villages across Vanuatu where we plan to set up evangelism sites and preach the 3 Angels Messages.
We are seeking 20 experienced pastors and evangelists from Australia to join the local SDA Pastors to preach and teach on Biblical topics leading up to the reaping campaign with Pastor Doug Batchelor in Port Vila August 15-23.
We also aim to meet the physical needs of the people who live in the villages during this time.
We are seeking doctors, dentists and nurses to run free medical clinics during the first two weeks of August (if you only have 1 week available, this is also ok).
Tents will be set up for the mission outreach and local people invited for medical consultations through the day.
We also invite 15 experts in health and lifestyle medicine to provide health education on how to prevent chronic disease. The health speaker will be given a 20 minute time slot before each evangelism campaign to share about health, and also participate in lifestyle counselling through the day.
Medical personnel will be organised into teams and will go between villages helping and blessing the people as well as inviting them to the meetings.
Accommodation:
We have organised accomodation at a reduced rate of $60 per person per night (shared accomodation) at Kaviti Motel in Port Vila, which has self contained kitchenettes and can accomodate single beds as twin share. If you would like your own room, the cost is $120.00 a night.

Transport:
Transport will be arranged for volunteers while in Vanuatu including airport transfers.
Meals:
We are in the process of organising a cook to provide two meals a day for the team; you can either order a continental breakfast from the motel, or purchase food from the nearby supermarket and prepare it in your own self-contained kitchenette.
Flights:
If participating in Team 1, you will need to book a flight to Vanuatu to arrive ready to start on August 1.
If participating in Team 2, please arrive on or before Friday, August 15, or let us know if you are arriving at a later date.
Flight recommendations TBA. If you fly on the recommended flights, you can travel with the group.
Part 2 August 15-23
Starting August 15, Pastor Doug Batchelor will lead a powerful harvest program from a stadium in Port Vila, reaching the local people and also broadcasting to more than 50 village sites around Vanuatu where the preaching and medical work was undertaken in the first 2 weeks.
People from the August 1-14 outreach are encouraged to stay for the first weekend in Port Vila to enjoy the preaching and fellowship.
Those who feel called are also invited to participate in prison ministry and ministry to high schools during the day.
Students who sign up for AFCOE@Home soul winning training are encouraged to participate in this outreach led by Australian Centre of Evangelism Director, Johnny Wong. Johnny, Pastor Doug Batchelor and Pastor Jean Ross will provide evangelism and discipleship training during the morning and lead the group in practical evangelism and visitation during the afternoon.
